The RMF/BALADI Team

The training agenda included various topics on USAID-funded BALADI Program related to M&E, data collection, success stories, outreach sessions, branding and communication, in addition to several team building games. The games allowed the team to know and discover each other better in a setting outside the workplace, which had the immediate effect of bringing them closer together.

The overall training was engaging and highly enriching while being at the same time fun and rewarding to the RMF/BALADI team. The day ended with distributing certificates of completion to the attendees and a group photo of the whole team.
